We would love to have you join us and share your recipes! Please follow these basic rules:
All Recipes -
- No sugar
- No white rice or white flour
- No pickled or processed foods including fruit juice, soft drinks, alcohol, chips, fries, sweeteners (except occasionally stevia), etc.
Phase 1 Recipes -
- No dairy including cheese
- No fruit
- No wheat
- No grains except brown rice
Phase 2 Recipes -
- No carbs and fats in same meal (except few exceptions outlined in book)
- Don’t eat foods that cause you cravings
Phase 3 Recipes -
- Healthy unprocessed foods that do not cause cravings
