I love to sip something fun and enjoyable. But I don’t want to use the traditional sugars or sugar substitutes that can cause cravings or cause blood sugar instability. I have been on the lookout for something that is simple and easy. I enjoy tea, but sometimes I am not in the mood for something hot.
I happened to squeeze the juice from half a lemon then put in a packet of stevia into a glass of water. I was shocked at how good it was! Now when I am looking for something a bit different I can make my own version of lemonade. Light, cold and no sugar spike to stimulate food cravings.

It’s really nice with carbonated water as well! Is that allowed?
Good question. If it does not cause you cravings – I don’t think it would hurt.
